Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Bangalore, Software Developer, Bangalore (16-07-2007 - Present) Involves in developing in house tools for supporting FLEXCUBE, banking product. The tools has been developed using .NET Framework with ASP.NET and VB.NET. The projects are: Bugs Tracking Tool, STAR (System for tracking and Analysing Requirements), Spotfix Deployment System(To deploy database objects and app objects on the selected server.), DDL Tool( to create a project which tracks and generate object scripts for DB objects), Employee Engagement Tool ( To get surveys from employees to get the satisfaction level), Performance Appraisal System (includes cyclic appraisal process to be automated for all the employees of the organisation), Feed Forward Tool. -
